“Spacious, needs some tender love and care damaged fittings cupboards, area is noisy, dogs barking forever.Television not working/broken which really is a must so that was a letdown, The double bed was a V bed everything met in the middle. The place needs some furniture update, especially the bed and couch. So glad was there only for one night. Must admit the communication was good, thank you John.”

“Great spot, everything you need for a little getaway. Loved the wildlife, roos, ducks, frogs, birds, was lovely sitting on the front balcony watching and listening and chatting. Comfy beds, and loved the reclining lounge chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen and the shower was great. Was a little hard to to work out how to get out the back area, there some steps out the back on the right. Shops not far away, some lovely cafes and restaurants not far away and easy to get to.”

“Description stated wheelchair access but we were on the second floor, we had a friend that struggled because she is going through cancer treatment. Description said 2 bathroooms but there was only 1. Kitchen utensils were dirty, no teaspoons, a tablespoon had burn marks on the back. Kettle was absolutely disgusting and dirty, pots missing handles. 2 single Beds had one fitted sheet and a thin throw blanket in winter, no extra bedding, aircon/heater worked great. “room was filthy no bowls to use no dinner plates no towels however the snuck some towels into my room while i was not in the room dont like people in a property that im renting unanounced or uninvited horrible place .”
